Company Foundation
UrbanFrame Construction Company was established in Makati City with a team of 15 passionate engineers and architects. Our first project was a ₱15 million residential development in Taguig.
First Major Commercial Project
Completed our first commercial building - a 15-story office tower in Ortigas Center. This ₱180 million project established our reputation in commercial construction and earned us our first major industry recognition.
ISO 9001:2008 Certification
Achieved ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification, becoming one of the first mid-size construction firms in the Philippines to receive this international quality standard certification.
Sustainable Building Pioneer
Completed the Philippines' first LEED Gold-certified residential tower at the time. Our commitment to sustainable construction practices was recognized with the Green Building Council Award for Innovation.
Regional Expansion
